SIMBL-related files can be found either in /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins or /Library. I only have 3 tweaks from default repos, but none seem to be working so far.

SIMBL is not a part of Apples Mac OS X package, but is an extension that can be used by other developers in their own work to extend applications where they may not have the original source code (like Safari). mySIMBL Mojave help So I updated to Mojave and although it worked for a little while, it seems that mySIMBL has stopped working for my tweaks. I want to make a very basic SIMBL Plugin - just add a new Menu in Safari.
